Course Description

In this course, you will learn the basics of casualty care under fire including application of tourniquets, chest seals, and wound packing. We will discuss a basic patient assessment, when to provide care and what care is needed, as well as extracting the patient if necessary. The class will end with a live fire exercise allowing you to test your newly learned skills. Items Needed: Pistol (NO P320s), quality holster, a spare magazine, 50 rounds of ammunition Prerequisites: Basic Pistol or equivalent
